Ventura County Camera Club
The mission of the Ventura County Camera Club is to encourage learning and creativity through sharing, critique, and guidance, and to honor the photography and artistry of our members.
*** We meet online meeting using "GoTo" software.
*** If we meet in-person we also run the meeting online as well.
Meetings are held on the second Wednesday of each month at 6:30 pm
If we are meeting in-person we us a room at the Regency Palms, on Bismark Street in Oxnard. Consult the meeting schedule on this website. In-person meeting are open to guests and members. If you plan to attend expect all the standard COVID Protocols at the Regency (these include temperate check, COVID exposure questions, and signing guest book)
Business announcements are followed by critique of digitally projected and printed images by a guest professional (only for members in good standings). A Merit Award is given to images of exceptional quality.
Instructional workshops and photo shoot field trips are arranged providing learning opportunities for both beginner as well as advanced photographers. These occasion result in the sharing of experiences and teaching.
